Our acrobatics dance class is a style of dance that combines classical dance techniques with precision acrobatic elements.

Ages 4 - 6 at 5:30pm
Ages 7 - 10 at 7:00pm
Class will focus on agility, coordination, and balance. The class activities will include ballet, floor tumbling, acrobalance, and handstands. This class is great for those who already have a good level of general fitness but want to work on building solid core strength. Besides the focus of dance, you will be introduced to proper stretching and floor tumbling techniques. Acrobatic is a great way to get fit and toned while appreciating and enjoying the love of dance.
